Refund Policy
Cancellations will be accepted according to the terms below and should be sent in writing to conference@bshi.org.uk
Cancellations up to 2nd July 2025- Full refund less £75 administration fee
Cancellations after 2nd July 2025 – No refund
Substitutions can be made at any time
Payment by Invoice:
If you have selected to pay by invoice then you MUST provide a purchase order number. Delegates attending the conference who have not paid or where a purchase order number has not been issued, will not be admitted to the conference unless they pay by credit card onsite. If you do not send through the correct invoicing details then you will personally be responsible for any outstanding payment.
